Corning Museum of Glass, Dance Card Holder for a Costume Ball at the School of Applied Arts, Vienna, 1902; Accession number 2001.3.5. The original medallion contained a glass filling, located in the central part of the medallion, made by Johann Loetz-Witwe, Klášterský mill. The offered specimen is probably a semi-finished product of the Ball card before the central glass was inserted. The medallion also included a dance order - a paper and pencil booklet placed on the reverse of the medallion in a the "pocket" created. A complete original example is in the collection of the Corning Museum of Glass New York.
