The relief was cast by O. Zoubek in the studio and is signed with a sign that is stamped by Zoubek's authorial stamp. In the inventory of Eva Kmentová's work, see No. 411. The authenticity of the work was confirmed by the Kmentová Zoubek Endowment Fund.
