1. Marie Křivánková, gold brooch with emerald, gold 14 karat.., hallmarked, realised by Pavel Vávra, master mark PV, 5 × 1,5 cm, 3 g, period box Pavel Vávra (active 1898-1932), master mark PV, Prague goldsmith and jeweller of Art Nouveau and Modernism. At first he specialized in garnet jewellery. From 1908 he also became a designer of jewellery of important designers - Marie Křivánková, J. L. Němec and the cooperative Artěl (especially Rudolf Stockar). He exhibited his production as well as both at home and abroad (London). His works are represented in practically all major public and private collections of Czech jewellery from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco jewellery collections, e.g. in the Prague collections of the National and the Museum of Decorative Arts, the Moravian Gallery in Brno and many others. 2. Marie Křivánková, gold brooch with garnet, gold 14 karat., hallmarked, realised by Karel Ebner, master mark KE, 4,5 × 1,5 cm, 5 g, original jeweller's box Karel Ebner (1883-1943), master mark KE, top restorer and goldsmith of the late Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, in the years 1901-1907 he studied at the School of Arts and Crafts under Stanislav Sucharda. Extensive own creation of high quality jewellery as well as the realisation of foreign designs - especially by Marie Křivánková. After a year 1922, Ebner devoted himself to jewellery in the Art Deco style (and exceptionally in the so-called national style). The excellent reputation of his workshop is evidenced, among other things, by the fact that it the scepters of the rector and deans of the four faculties of Masaryk University in Brno (according to the designs of Václav Rada and Ladislav Bartoníček). Three dozen of his works can be found in Czech public collections. Jewellery with Czech garnets is frequent, almandine, carnelian or mother-of-pearl. 3. He was one of a small circle of goldsmiths, who realized her designs. The jewellery can be found in public and private collections of UMPRUM, Moravian Gallery Brno, etc. 5. Marie Křivánková, round brooch with central almandine silver 800/1000, hallmarked, realised by František Hladík, master mark FH, diameter 3,5 cm, contemporary box Marie Křivánková (1883-1936) - famous Czech jewellery designer jewellery and haberdashery of the late Art Nouveau and Modern periods. She designed gold or silver jewellery in the style of late geometric Art Nouveau and Modernism, characterized by a spiral motif, technically executed with filigree or granulation. She was fond of distinctive precious stones such as emerald, gilt or onyx. A synthetic ruby of reddish-purple colour was also common. The central part of her jewellery is usually occupied by a precious stone and a variety of volutes, helixes, half-lobes and meanders in combination with beads often completely filling in the basic outline. For Křivánková, the characteristic use of the chain, in the form of sagging arches forming festoons or just cascading, ending with trimmings, and often interrupted by a set or mounted stone. Křivánková, in addition to her personal work (jewelry marked KŘIVÁNKOVÁ), has chosen a small circle of six goldsmiths to realise her designs. Jewellery created according to Křivánková's designs by these selected goldsmiths (marked their master marks) are considered to be her authentic works.
